By accessing or using FestiveGreetz ("the Service") at https://festivecards.site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. 2. Description of Service

FestiveGreetz is a free online tool that allows users to create personalised festival greeting cards. Users may browse card designs, add their name and a short message, download the resulting image, and share it on platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.

The Service is provided free of charge and does not require account registration. All card personalisation is performed locally in your browser. We do not store the text you enter or the cards you create.

3. Permitted Use

You may use FestiveGreetz for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Permitted uses include:

  • Creating personalised greeting cards for yourself to send to friends, family, and colleagues
  • Downloading card images for personal sharing via messaging apps and social media
  • Using the card images as personal WhatsApp status updates or Instagram posts

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use FestiveGreetz for:

  • Commercial purposes, including selling the generated cards or using them in paid advertising campaigns
  • Bulk automated downloading or scraping of card designs
  • Any activity that violates applicable Indian or international laws
  • Creating content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful to any individual or group
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the card designs or site content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All card designs, graphics, text, and visual content on FestiveGreetz are the intellectual property of FestiveGreetz or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our card designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When you create a personalised card by adding your name and message, you retain ownership of the personalised text you added. The underlying card design remains the property of FestiveGreetz.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

FestiveGreetz is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FestiveGreetz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which, as the Service is free, is zero).

8. Third-Party Services

FestiveGreetz uses third-party services including Google Analytics (for usage analytics) and Google AdSense (for displaying advertisements). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

9. Advertising

FestiveGreetz displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads are clearly marked and are separate from our card designs and editorial content. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Ad placement and content are managed by Google in accordance with their policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
