How to Create & Share Your Festival Card

Creating a personalised festival greeting card on FestiveGreetz takes under a minute. Here is a quick guide to getting the most out of the card editor.

Step 1 — Add Your Name

Type your name in the "Your Name" field on the right panel. Your name will appear on the card in real time — you can see exactly how it looks before downloading. Most people use their first name, but you can also add "From [Family Name]" or a short phrase like "With love, Priya" to make it more personal.

Step 2 — Personalise the Text Style

Choose from multiple font styles — from elegant serif display fonts to clean modern sans-serif options. Select a text colour that contrasts well with your chosen card's background. Use the font size slider to make your name larger or smaller, and use the vertical position slider (the small control on the right side of the canvas) to move your text up or down on the card.

Step 3 — Download and Share

Once you are happy with your card, tap Download Card to save a high-quality 1080×1080px PNG image to your device. On mobile, you can also tap Share on WhatsApp which opens the WhatsApp share sheet with your card ready to send. On desktop, download first, then attach the image in WhatsApp Web.

Tips for the Best Results

  • Keep your name short — 1 or 2 words look best on most card designs.
  • Use white or gold text on dark-background cards for maximum visibility.
  • If the card has a busy centre, move the text towards the bottom or top using the position slider.
  • The card exports at 1080×1080px — the perfect size for WhatsApp, Instagram Stories, and Facebook posts.
  • On iPhone, after tapping "Share on WhatsApp," select the contact or group and the image attaches automatically.

Why Personalised Cards Feel Different

During festivals, millions of identical greeting images are forwarded across WhatsApp. A card with your actual name on it — even a small change — signals to the recipient that you thought of them specifically. It is a tiny gesture that carries real warmth, and it takes less than a minute to create. That is the whole idea behind FestiveGreetz.
